Proactive Leak Search — Winter Park, FL
Completed: September 2025 • Reason for call: Increased water usage and wet ground on right-front side of home
Visit scheduled after the water provider noted higher usage and the homeowner observed a wet area. Our objective: confirm site conditions, expose the likely section of the service line, and document the findings for repair and restoration.
We began with a careful visual inspection, then performed a small, targeted excavation following the moisture path. Exposing the line allowed us to document the fittings and soil conditions and proceed with a durable repair.
After confirming the issue at the exposed tee, we installed a solvent-welded PVC replacement, verified fitment and orientation, and prepared the area for proper backfill.
The site was restored and compacted, and we reviewed simple monitoring steps with the homeowner to track usage going forward.
