Sewage Pump Installation with Exterior Piping

Sewage Pump Installation with Exterior Piping – Efficient, Non-Invasive Plumbing Service

At UPS Plumbing, we recently completed a specialized sewage pump installation on the exterior of a home in Tampa, offering a smart, cost-effective solution that minimized disruption and avoided major interior demolition.

To begin the project, our technicians carefully excavated outside the home to install the sewage pump underground. All piping was run from the exterior wall to the back of the house, servicing the bathroom directly behind it. Because the kitchen was connected to the same drain line, no drywall or concrete had to be opened, preserving the home’s interior.

We routed the new piping along the back of the home, running between the floor and side wall, and strategically passed through the pool pump area. Our team identified the best route to reconnect everything to the front cleanout, ensuring a clean, functional finish.

To verify everything was working correctly, we thoroughly tested the system—flushing toilets and running all fixtures in the back of the house. An electrical outlet was already in place, allowing the pump to function efficiently right away.

By rerouting plumbing externally, we eliminated the need for costly repairs like concrete work, turf replacement, and screen restoration. The pool system remained active, and the homeowners experienced minimal disruption throughout the process.
